Life for Others only accepts pre-consented, legally donated bodies from authorized sources. Each donor must meet the following conditions:
No Unclaimed Bodies Accepted: Precision Anatomy strictly does not accept unclaimed bodies, indigent cases, or any non-consensual donations.
Once a donor is accepted, their contribution is utilized for advanced procedural training in emergency medicine, surgical skills, and trauma education. Our program ensures:
Respectful Disposition – Following study completion, donors are cremated and returned to families or handled according to their wishes under SC Code Ann. § 32-8-300 et seq.

Make a personal, compassionate choice to donate your body for medical education and research by pre-registering. Individual authorization ensures your wishes are honored.

Loved ones can honor the memory of a family member by authorizing a body donation at the time of their passing. This meaningful decision creates a legacy of generosity, advancing medical science and training.

Hospice staff and caregivers can assist patients in making arrangements for body donation. This process provides comfort in knowing their contribution will help educate and train those who save lives.
If you’re interested in leaving a lasting legacy through whole body donation, or if you have any questions, please contact us or begin the registration process today. Your generosity can save lives and contribute to the future of medicine.
